Welcome the Green

This Wortmoon brought with it the first ue spring day here in the evergreen forests.  The Welcoming of the Green Woman and Green Man, their shining hoard and the spirit-of-spring was to commence, and we wove our way through a secluded forest path to the largest stones up river.  Our skin was warmed by the sun, all of us breathless and excited as we mucked through estuary, waded through the river and hopped over stones to climb up the hillside to our little patch of silence in the woods.  Our shoes were caked with the remnants of our arduous journey…
